Old Favorites

Happy Weekend!

Do any of you have a favorite book that you read, over and over? Well, I have several. And one of them is 1 – 3 John. Well, technically that’s three books.

Reading books at home Anyway, the study of Jesus’ life has given me a hankerin’ for the disciple who Jesus loved. 🙂 I blogged through those books about two years ago, but would you mind terribly if we revisit him? Each time I read his words, I find something new.

So, for the next few weeks, John will be our guest here at Morning Coffee. And I have no doubt that we will love him, just as Jesus did. John also wrote the book of Revelation, but don’t hold your breath for that study. I’ll leave that one to my brilliant husband.

Blessings to you all!

    Renae,

I don’t believe I was reading your blog when you studied 1-3 John before. Even if I had, it would be worth delving into those books again. There’s always more to discover.

Hi Renae…I am also looking forward to your thoughts on 123John 🙂 And do get “John – The Beloved Disciple” when you get a chance… It is a wonderful book!

BTW – Is that cup of coffee offer still on? I am heading your way in May. (And I am still game to help tidy the garage 😀 )
