Sleeping Beauty

I just arrived home from a live production of Sleeping Beauty. Though all of the cast was outstanding, I was a bit partial to two of the fairies (my daughter and my niece) and King Hubert (my son). I know it isn’t polite to brag, but I’m going to, anyway. We have some talented offspring in our family!

Angel Fairy Flora, the pink fairy, was especially impressive in her solo and dance during “Let’s Have Some Magic Now.” Fairy Merryweather, the blue fairy, stunned the audience with her solo in “Merryweather’s Gift.” And King Hubert (age 7) amazed the crowd with his role as Prince Philip’s (age 6) father.

I wish I could show you a clip from the performance tonight. But since I can’t, maybe you’ll enjoy ***this***.

Blessings to you all!
