Giving Thanks

Happy Weekend! I wonder if any of you are doing *what I am doing next week*. If so, I won’t keep you. We both need to get some baking done!

Can you smell that wonderful smell coming from my kitchen?

Blessings to you!

I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, my friend. Give your Dad extra kisses on the cheek. Love you and God Bless…

Thanks, Cassandra! I will do that. You give that family of yours some big hugs for me, too!

    Love you too. 😉

    Renae,
Instead of instant potatoes, try Country Crock mashed potatoes. They are real potatoes in a tub (like a margarine tub). I’ve used the “Deluxe Loaded Mashed Potatoes” and people ask me for the recipe! If you were just kidding about the instant potatoes, then as Gilda Radner would say, “Never Mind!” :0)

Yes, I’m will be doing what you will be doing, Renae! I’m sure your dinner will be delicious, and your kitchen’s shortcomings will be hidden behind all your humor and love and fun!

Thanks for the tip, Anne! I will have to try those. I’ll put them in a china bowl, and it will be our little secret! 😉

Bello, It sounds like you will have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I’m glad you will get to be with family. I pray you will have a safe and wonderful trip! Thanks for asking about my dad. He is recovering nicely from his surgery, and the doctors will keep an eye on him. They told him to just go about his business, and we won’t worry about anything until (if) symptoms return. But we know they won’t return – it’s been taken care of, thanks to the prayers of dear people like you. 🙂

Jeanette, I wish I could taste all of your delicious cooking! The pictures from your blog always leave my mouth watering!

    Love to all!
