Dear Readers, Today I am busy taking care of *this person*, who is recovering from surgery. Therefore, I will keep this post short.

Luke 23:33 When they came to the place called the Skull, there they crucified him . . .
Over the last few weeks, we’ve spent a lot of time with Jesus at the cross. There’s a lot to cover, and we’ll be there for a little while longer. Yet, I’ve noticed that the people who were there, who actually wrote a first person experience, actually kept it short and to the point. Luke’s words are a perfect example. There they crucified him.
There – at a place called The Skull, which represents evil.
They – people just like you and me.
Crucified – killed in the most hideous, shameful death that existed.
Him. Him. The innocent, perfect, all-loving, all-forgiving, all-merciful Son of the Almighty God.
There they crucified him.
Thank You, Jesus, for taking my place.
Amen
“Amazing love, how can it be, that you my King would die for me?”
For someone who likes to talk, you have said so much in amazingly few words! And quite beautiful it was too! xx
Perfect song, Anne.
And thank you, Jackie. Though I haven’t a clue why you think I like to talk. 😉
