Chocolate Raspberry Mocha (sent by my friend and fellow author, Jean Fischer)
INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. Torani Chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. Torani Raspberry syrup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup strong coffee
INSTRUCTIONS
In a microwave-safe container, gently heat milk and Torani syrups together.
Then, whisk until frothy. Pour all but one tablespoon of the heated flavored
milk into a mug and add brewed coffee. Spoon the rest of the foamed milk over top of the beverage.

ALPINE COFFEE
A very easy recipe, with instant coffee and a bit of brown sugar. If you’re new to brewing up your own custom coffee drinks, this is a simple recipe to start with.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbs instant coffee
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 1 tsp water
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
PREPARATION:
Split coffee and vanilla between 2 mugs. Dissolve the sugar in 1 tsp water, and heat in a saucepan to boiling. Mix in the larger portion of hot water, then pour into the two mugs. Stir well and serve.

Cappuccino Mousse Trifle
Ingredients:
1 frozen prepared pound cake
2 1/2 cups cold milk
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
2 packages (3.4 oz. each) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
2 containers (8 oz. each) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
1 square (1 oz.) semi-sweet baking chocolate
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Cut pound cake into 1 inch cubes; set aside.
2. Whisk milk and instant coffee granules; let stand 5 minutes or until dissolved.
3. Set aside 1 cup of milk mixture; add pudding mixed to remaining mixture and whisk until begins to thicken; fold in one container of whipped topping.
4. Place 1/3 of cake cubes in bottom of chilled serving bowl. Pour 1/3 of reserved milk over cubes. Top with 1/3 of pudding mixture; press lightly. Grate 1/4 of chocolate over top. Repeat steps 2 more times. Reserve remaining chocolate for garnish.
5. Spread or pipe remaining whipped topping over top; garnish with remaining chocolate and cinnamon. Chill 30 minutes.

Coffee Punch
Ingredients:
2 quarts of vanilla ice cream, softened.
2 quarts of strong brewed coffee, cooled.
2 cups of milk.
2 cups of whipping cream, whipped.
½ cup of sugar.
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Ground nutmeg.
Instructions for Coffee Punch:
Combine the coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla; stir thoroughly. Chill.
Place the vanilla ice cream in a large punch bowl.
Pour the coffee mixture over top of the ice cream, stirring gently.
Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with nutmeg, then serve.

Mocha Coffee recipe
Ingredients:
- 14 oz (one can) of evaporated milk.
- 2 cups of strong coffee.
- 1 cup of hot water.
- ½ cup of pure cocoa powder.
- ½ cup of sugar.
- Instructions for Mocha Coffee:
Instructions
- In a suitably sized starsol saucepan, mix together the cocoa powder and sugar.
- Add the hot water and whisk lightly until smooth.
- Heat gently for 2 minutes until the mixture turns thick, stirring constantly.
- Add the evaporated milk and the coffee.
- Heat to just boiling, beat, then serve as desired.
