Glad to do it, Heather! Your husband sounds like mine. He jokes that he doesn't actually "read" books - he looks at them, scans them, flips through the pages . . . and moves on. :-)

Thanks for letting others know!
Your book room sounds like our house. Books everywhere. I'm the only one who finishes them, though. My husband gets too distracted by learning something else new about 1/3 into any book--which means the headboard above his side of the bed is crowded with books! Every once in a while, I go through and re-shelve ones he hasn't picked up in a bit.

Oh, good, Jeanette! Right now, they are offering a free trial subscription, so you really should try it out!

Glad to hear I'm not alone in my life with a book addict! ;-) Mark's are mostly Bible commentaries. Shelves and shelves. Now, if it were a fiction library, it would be much more exciting to me. I guess that shows something about me . . . not sure if it's good or not . . . but there you have it. ;-) But I am learning to appreciate those commentaries, as well.

I checked out the Solomon Summaries, and it does look interesting. And I have to add that our library must rival yours, Renae! My husband loves to get books secondhand (and firsthand), and we have shelves upon shelves of them... Christian classics, current writers, whole sets and series, hardback, paperback, signed by the author, all the Louis L'Amour books, somebody else's name in the front -- you name it, we might have it!

Dad is recovering well. Slow, but steady progress. He visits the oncologist on Wednesday, so please continue your prayers. Thanks, Alyssa.
